I just submitted, and realized that my approach got 2nd (I did not change much since July, and thought it would be more difficult)... I did not have the capacities to submit earlier... Can I submit my approach/paper to the conference anyway?

You can submit your paper, describe the approach and we will consider your submission as a deadline missed submission (it will not be ranked officially like other teams).
