> Evaluate runtime(fps) or computing complexity?

Dear Organizers,

Will the submission of Track 1 be evaluated via speed, e.g., the running time or the model size? Or the submission will be evaluate simply by PSNR or SSIM(image quality)?

It is a fidelity track, and as mentioned in "Learn the details->Evaluation" page of the competition we will use PSNR for ranking.
We might consider the runtime/complexity of the solutions for additional awards.
