Hi, do we need to provide the Activations, Memory and Depth information in Table 2? If so, how to calculate the Activations, Memory and Depth?

Is it Val data allowed during training? Table 2 has an entry (use validation dataset during training (Yes/No))?

The rules require PSNR on val should be at least 29.00dB

For example:
If a model has a very small number of parameters and probably can't exceed baseline on testing set, but by training with val data it can bypass the limit of 29.00dB on the val set, it will be ranked (actually this model should not be ranked) and may get the minimum number of parameters.
