We want to submit a competition paper for RealSR. Does the length of competition paper (excluding references) have to be 14 pages?
The submitted papers need to obey the ECCV 2020 guidelines. They should fit into the page limit, of course they can be shorter than that.
The submitted papers will be peer-reviewed and judged for their contributions, for their scientific quality.
Note that being highly ranked in the challenge is a merit/contribution of the paper.
Given the short time until de submission deadline (July 29th) we could tolerate unpolished papers (poorer presentation, language, typos) if there are performance and technical/theoretical contributions and the authors will have the chance to improve their "conditionally accepted" paper.
