Hi,
When I submit, the submissions stuck and the status is "submitted" .
Then, I submit again, but the same status appears.
Can anyone help me fix this?

I think this is caused by the codalab computer server. Maybe it is many queued submissions are waiting.
More detail can be found in https://github.com/codalab/codalab-competitions/issues/2145.
If the status is "submitted" and stuck, I suggest waiting for a few minutes. The codalab server will handle it. Note that, if the status is "submitted", it means you have used one time.
In light traffic, the server only takes a few seconds to handle the submission.

I summited five times, and finally all of them are finished. It took few minutes.
Of course, the I used five times. Next time, I will wait for few minutes to save submission chance.
