Hi,
I recently uploaded a submission file. Its status has been stuck on "Submitted" for almost 2 hours now. Previously for my other submissions that phase was lasting only a few minutes, sometimes up to 20 minutes.
Is it because there is a bug in my file?
So close to the deadline, I do not wish to waste any submission.
Is anyone else encountering this issue?
