> How to understand/use "relation_embedding.vec"

I am not sure how to use "relation_embedding.vec" file. The observation in "relation_embedding.vec" is like:

relationID | dimension1 | ...
P31 | -0.073467 | ..

But how can I know which two entities are associated with the relation "P31"? I feel like I miss some information here.
