> questions about registration containing team members

I have several questions to ask about registration :

1.when I send registration mail, do I need to include my team member information?
2.How many team members can we include in one team?
3.I maybe find potential team member later. Can I add them during competition? If it's ok, is there a deadline for merging teams?
