Once I have a good stash of Tributes of Titans, the next step I take is running the Kurast Undercity dungeon repeatedly, making sure to use a Tribute before each run to boost my boss material rewards. I can’t overstate how much this approach improves loot gathering.
For players who don’t have the Vessel of Hatred DLC and can’t access Kurast Undercity yet, I suggest continuing to farm Blood Maidens and Helltide Chests in Helltides with Baneful Hearts. It’s still a very effective way of collecting the materials you need to progress.
With the increased materials from dungeon runs, I gradually build up enough resources to open chests for the Initiate Lair Bosses. After that, I shift my focus to farming those bosses to prepare materials for the Greater Lair Bosses. The final farming target is the Belial incursions, where you need to gather Betrayer’s Husks to stand a chance at defeating the Exalted Lair Boss.
