Should we hand in a docker to prevent people from disobeying the rules? If we only look at the leadboard, we can't ensure that everyone follows the rules

Hi,

As per the rules of the competition: "Top contenders in the challenge may be required to submit their submissions to organizers for peer review to ensure reproducability and competitive integrity. The organizers will contact contenders when necessary after the challenges close."
