Do you have any tools to visualize CT scans and dose distributions ?
Posted by: sinitame @ Feb. 28, 2020, 8:53 a.m.We do not have any tools for visualization right now but we can try to launch a GUI in the next couple of weeks if there is a lot of demand for it. In the mean time, you can use the imshow function from the matplotlib.pyplot library to visualizes a slice from a dose distribution.
