> Voxel Spacing

Could we get the data before down sampling? I think it‘s pretty important!

The voxel dimensions of our processed data is available for each patient in the voxel_dimensions.csv

Is that all you're looking for?

Hi:
Thank you for your reply!
I noticed that images in training set have very low resolutions, if participants want to resample the images again (eg. to a common sapcing 4mm x 4mm x 2.5mm), i think the original images (with higher resolution) would provide more detials.

Yes, the images are a lower resolution than standard clinical images. They have all been upsampled to be as close as possible to a common spacing of 4mmx4mmx2mm. However, since the images are from a wide variety of clinics and time periods there is significant variation in the resolution. We hope that by releasing this standard preprocessed dataset that participants can focus on the modelling stage of KBP rather than the preprocessing stage.
