Hi,
I have a small question about the training data condition.
As mentioned "1. Any and all external data used for training must be specified in the "method description" when uploading results to the evaluation server.", I wonder if any and all external data include both public dataset (e.g. street2shop dataset) and also private dataset (e.g. personally crawl-ed dataset, company private data).
For the private dataset, do we have to open the dataset to the public after the competition?
