Hi,
In the main webpage of the competition, there is a tab called "Learn the Details", under which there is a section called "Test Data". The first line of the text states "You can download a ZIP file with the test data from here.". Place your mouse over the "here" and click. Download the ZIP file. Inside the ZIP there is 1 text file and a folder containing wav files. The name of the text file is "list_pairs_test_data.txt". That's the file you are looking for.
