> How is leaderboard ranking decided?

Hi Team,

I am inquisitive to know what is the basis of deciding the ranking on the leaderboard. It doesn't seem to be just based on top PSNR/SSIM since the current top 3 on the leaderboard do not have the highest PSNR or SSIM.
