There were 7 successful submissions and no reported problem from the other participants after your reported this issue.
Could you try again and let us know if you are still experiencing the same issue?

I thought it's the network that causes the problem.
But I connected the VPN to another network environment, the problem existed.

Then I changed my browser to the latest Chrome browser.
Now it's OK.
