Dear organizer,
The e-mail from the organizer said that "The validation data and/or the validation server are meant only for validation and not for training."
Does this mean that the methods using the validation data for training purposes are excluded from the final ranking?
I think whether validation data are used as training data or not may have a great influence on the final results.
I wonder if there are any regulations about this.
