Can you please explain what norm factor is?

The "norm factor" is a factor used to scale the raw spectral data to the range of 0-1 in which ground truth spectral images are provided.
This factor is only of interest if you would like to understand the illumination intensity during scene acquisition, and can be safely ignored.
