Is it allowed to use extra data for training, for example DIV8K and Flickr2K? For Flickr2K, can we use it if we deliberately make unpaired data?

The provided data is based on DIV2K and Flikr2K, so it is not allowed to use the original DIV2K and Flikr2K. You can use other extra data, but you must indicate this in you result submission and factsheed.
