Hi,
I created a team and my teammates and I are all using the same team-name. According to this document, that's all required to form a team.

Moreover a separate process is mentioned for participating in competitions as a team. Also there's this line "Then there will appear a new tab called "Teams" (ONLY IF THE ORGANIZERS ENABLED COMPETITION TEAMS).". It seems this competition's organizers have not enabled teams. However, the rules allow participation in teams.
Could the organizers kindly provide some clarification.

There is no enabled team registration for this competition.
Please use one user to register and submit the solutions of you/your team.
Providing the team members, the results of your solution, the factsheet of your solution, and the code/executable are requirements for the final test phase and ranking of the participants in this competition.
Submitting a workshop challenge paper to the NTIRE 2020 describing your solution is not mandatory for getting ranked.
