> Track III Demo

A demo script for track-III has been provided (see https://github.com/visionjo/pykinship/blob/master/rfiw-tools/track-III-demo.py).

In the coming days, a more descriptive tutorial will be provided, but this should help anyone that needs a baseline to compare with.

Also, it creates the zip file submitted directly to codalab as the baseline (see public scoreboard: submitted by jvision, https://competitions.codalab.org/competitions/public_submissions/22152).
