We will post soon how to avoide the problem...
The right package of RecoGym is 0.1.2.2: https://pypi.org/project/recogym/0.1.2.2/.
The issue with TF has been fixed, so, you are very welcome to try your models on TF 2.0 (or TF 1.0 in compatible mode).
