When is the precise deadline for submission of papers?
Is it 00:00 UTC on May 1st, or 23:59 UTC on May 1st, or some other time?

The exact deadline is May 1st UTC-12 23:59. Please submit at least one version before the deadline and do not submit until the very last moment.
