And the introduction in the latex template also indicates that it is a non-anonymous submission.
But it is written in section 3.5 of the latex template: “Centre the title, author ’s name (s) and affiliation (s) across the page. Do not use footnotes for affiliations. Do not include the paper ID number assigned during the submission process. Do not include the authors’ names or affiliations in the version submitted for review.”
So I am a little confused, I want to confirm whether the paper should be submitted anonymously.
