I get the "Invalid file type (text/tab-separated-values)." even for the sample results files:
practice_kit_final/res1/results_subtask1_en.tsv

Do you know why? This file does not even contain a tab.

This was related to sending .tsv file directly. I prepared a .zip file and sent. Thank you.
