Hi, could you please provide an example or instruction about how to organize the final submission file format? Thanks.

You have to run "cd RESULTS_FOLDER; zip -r ../results_for_codalab.zip *" command in the folder where you have your results.
Also the masks have to be in an indexed PNG format, you can use this as an example:
