Every time I tried to submit result recently, the result is "Sorry, failed to upload file."

I see that you succeeded twice to upload solutions on Aug. 26, 2019, at 8a.m.
Please let us know if you encounter other problems.

Thanks for your reply. I found the failure is caused by my unstable network.
