When I submitted the testing results, the error occurred:

The submission format of testing results is the same as previous validation results. How to deal with this error?

Note that in the test phase you'll not get to see the PSNR / SSIM results for your entry.
After the competition ends all the final test phase participants will receive the final results.

I have one more question that the final rank is determined by the best submission or the last submission?
Latest submitted entry of each participant is used for the ranking.
