Is it possible to use another programming language (C, C++, C#, Java, Rust, etc) or executable files, and then use Python as its wrapper?

Yes, this is possible, as long as you adhere to the ingestion program requirements (inputs/outputs) and you make sure you do not violate the rules of the challenge
