Sorry, I fail to install some new packages due to low version of sklearn, pandas or sort of things. Can some frequently utilized packages be updated on the platform and the docker? Thanks a lot!

Thank you for your question. At this moment the docker will not be updated, this is to avoid side effects for participants working on the current version and to avoid new bugs in the ingestion program. We are evaluating alternative ways on how to update the docker to python 3, but at this time there is no guarantee that this will happen.
