> Maximum number of submissions not enforced?

In the phase description, it is written "Max submissions per day: 2".
But yesterday, I was able to make 3 submissions:

5 --- model.zip 08/11/2018 14:13:22 Failed
6 --- leogautheron-2-input.zip 08/11/2018 18:08:36 Failed
7 0.3436203484 hugo.jair-1-input.zip 08/11/2018 19:03:27 Finished

Does this mean we should refrain ourselves to make more than 2 submissions per day?
Or has the Codelab team forgotten to put in place the limit?

This is strange, perhaps we were debugging CodaLab while this happened. Participants can only provide 2 submissions per day.
