"Participants should submit modified source images together with corresponding descriptors. Descriptors should be obtained with the provided black box model"
Your file descriptors.npy didn't contain the descriptors of submitted images, so your submission was discarded. You can get actual descriptors from using black-box package, for more details pls see Getting Started notebook
