I received an email stating that my participation privileges have been revoked.
I have submitted the paper on the link provided in the forum before the mentioned deadline.
Was the paper rejected?

The process for the final round is to revoke everyone's access for an hour to double check the validation set works and then re-instate those who have submitted papers.
