> Test data path is incorrect

The paths shown for the test data on https://competitions.codalab.org/competitions/18544#participate all show that they are in the folder `aws s3 cp s3://spacenet-dataset/SpaceNet_Buildings_Dataset_Round2/spacenetV2_Train`. However, the correct path is `s3://spacenet-dataset/SpaceNet_Buildings_Dataset_Round2/spacenetV2_Test/`.
