1) Where is test data for which predictions should be calculated?
2) What is the cost of data download from aws? Or it is possible to get data without any payments?

The download fees are waived for the competition (it's free!).

Hi,

I have downloaded the training data. But when I tried to download the test data, it was denied. By the way, should the downloading of the test data be using the same command as that of the training data?
