I am a researcher from wuhan university. Can I get a dataset access for my research?

I am a graduate student from Wuhan University. We are working on a project which aims at extracting vegetation as well as soil, and this dataset seems quite helpful. Hope you can share it with us and we will only employ it for the research purpose. Thank you advanced and looking forward to your reply.
