So what is the difference between the newly released data public_data_multi_fc.zip(90.1M) and the old public_data.zip(107.8M)?

The first released data was not the latest version of our data. The only difference is that the new one is a cleaned version of the old dataset.
There are several error records, caused by unknow char. For example, in the file train.tsv, the 19834 line contains one unknown character after the contents "Kenneth R. Bailey", just before the "," following the "Kenneth R. Bailey", it seems nothing, but a character did exits.
Just as a reminder, I have deleted this kind of characters manually.
