My paper has been accepted during the review process, but we have some new discovers about our network, and change the content of the paper even the title may be changed, so can I submit the new paper as the camera ready paper or just the one before?

another question, the final evaluation of the score will on the camera ready version or just the review paper?
Feel free to add your development/final score to the camera ready version. There will not be a re-evaluation of papers, the decisions are final.
