> Final paper deadline

Hi,
I want to know can we still submit our paper? if yes, what time is the deadline?

Posted by: TIANCHAO @ May 14, 2018, 3:23 p.m.

Are you asking for the camera ready submission? If so, yes, after the author notifications on May 20th, you will have 5 days for the camera ready version.

If you are asking for the actual paper submission, either you forgot that you already submitted before the deadline, or someone submitted a paper with your username.

I mean the camera ready submission, thanks.
Another two question about this
1.shall we submit the camera ready version on the same address link with the paper before?
2.we submit the camera ready version anonymously by the paper ID or our name?

1. Yes, camera ready instructions will be sent following the author notifications. We are shooting for May 20th.
2. "Camera ready" means in the final publication format, so yes, definitely it will include author names and affiliations.

thanks for your answer
one more question, is there any limit about the camera ready version paper (up to three pages plus one references)?

Posted by: TIANCHAO @ May 15, 2018, 9:05 a.m.

Although some approaches definitely need more pages to be explained in detail, currently we do not plan to change the page limit. If the publication committee decides otherwise, it will be explicitly announced during author notification and/or camera ready instructions.

To be clear: Please use 3 pages for the main text and 1 page for the references. Since the camera ready is due in 3 days, we think it is fair neither for authors nor for chairs to ask for 8 page extensions.

Based on several requests, we increase the page limit from 3+1 to 4+1 to enable you to include improvements and details about your approach, as well as adding the missing previous work and other parts mentioned by the reviewers. Please try not to exceed 4 pages of main text and 1 pages of references, keep in mind that there will not be another detailed review cycle to evaluate your changes.
