Sorry if this question was already clarified, I am asking this to be on the safe side. 1) Should we submit anonymized papers, and 2) does 3 page limit applies to an anonymized version?

However in the submission form at CMT, there is a field where you will enter your challenge participant name. This will only be visible to conference chairs to match your paper with your submission. I hope this answers your question.
