Submission deadline is "11:59 PM PST" as shown in cocodataset.org, however, the challenge is closed in time "11:35 PM PST", why?

It seems the codalab closed earlier. Sorry for the inconvenience. I've reopened the challenge server and please submit before 11:59 PM PT today.
