I always get messages about missing files, although I did everything according to the instructions.
I used <id>_mask.png names for my files, write only 0 and 255 values, all files in root directory of archive, shape is (1024, 1024, 3)

System typed, that all files in that submit (April 22, 2018, 3:14 p.m) are missed, and final score - zero
What should I do?

Solved it with using skimage.io.imsave
