> Question regarding max submissions

Hello organisers,

I wanted to check if the maximum submission limit of 300 is for Development Phase only or for both Development and Final Phases are included. Also how is the day calculated (what time-zone) for the cut-off of 10 submissions per day ?

Hello,
1. Each phase has its own limit of submissions.
2. The server time is in UTC
