> How to make submissions

Every time I am submitting I am getting this error :

======= Set 1 (Hwxpis_valid): score(set1_score)=ERROR =======

I have named my file as HWxPIs_valid.prediction as was instructed in the Evaluation section. When I try to submit it shows only ZIP files can be submitted. So I added this to a zip archive and tried to submit and then got this error.

It would be really helpful if the organisers could help me out here. Thanks

Dear Participant,

Thank you very much four participating in this challenge.

Submissions must be formatted as the sample submission available at:

Participate tab -> Files -> Development (green button)

Submissions should be named as you mention, and zipped (without any folder). Each line of the prediction file should indicate (with values between 0 and 1) the predictions for the different traits (using a space as separator). Please take a look at the sample submission and try to prepare your submission as similar as possible to that one. I hope this helps

Best

I changed the .prediction file to .predict and was able to successfully submit the results. Please correct the Evaluation section in Learn The Details as it says to name the file as .prediction

I am also getting this same problem. I am following all the rules you mentioned:

1) File name is "HWxPIs_valid.prediction"
2) It is zipped without any folder.
3) there are 125 rows in the file.
4) Each row has 5 numbers between 0 to 1 with a single space.

Can you guys please look into this issue soon?

P.S. I can't find any sample submission under Development tab in Files section.

Dear Naman

You can download the sample submission, just go to:

Participate tab -> Files -> click on Development (green button)

Please compare your submission with that available in the sample submission,

Let us know if you cannot figure out what the problem is, so that we can go further into this

Best

All right, now it's working for me. The problem is in your description you have said to keep the file extension as ".prediction" but the correct is ".predict".

I'd suggest to correct that to avoid confusion.

We just corrected this in the evaluation site, our apologies for the inconveniences
