How the haze images are generated ? Do they follow physical model of haze?
As we are comparing dehazed image with ground truth image, are 'hazy image' and 'ground truth image' both taken in same lighting condition ? Slightly different lighting condition may effect psnr a lot.
CIEDE2000, SSIM is also a good metric to compare those images.
