I saw max submissions total is three in the submission website but in the evaluation rules it mentions that one team only has one final entry for the testing results. Does it mean I can submit our results three times during the testing period or only one time?

Dear RuHao,
As in the validation phase the last submission is the one that is used for the final ranking.
It is allowed to make maximum 3 submissions, such that you can update or change if necessary.
