I wonder what methods are used for evaluation, e.g. Matlab.
If so, may the organizer provide code for evaluation so that we can evaluate offline, because the results are not the same evaluated by our own code.
Also, it will be helpful if the organizer can provide a few HR validation images, so that we can prove whether we have tested on wrong HR validation images.

PSNR and SSIM are computed on RGB images. Here are the Matlab evaluation scripts:

The validation HR images will be released after March 15th, when final test phase starts.
