How many times can we submit for the final evaluation?
It shows max 5 times in total, does it mean each member in the team can submit 5 times or a whole team can submit 5 times?

Which submission is the valid one for ranking? Is it the best one submission or the last one submission?

It will be a limit on the submissions, nevertheless, you will not be able to see your score for final evaluation submissions on the leaderboard. Multiple submissions are just to solve problems with the submission procedure, and only the LAST submission of each team will be considered.
