As the organizers prepare for the SemEval-2018 talk and posters, we need information on the number of people who will be physically attending SemEval-2018 in New Orleans, LA, and the number of posters that will be presented there. We need this information so that we can estimate the size of the poster room and number of poster stands required.
Exactly one member of each team should enter this survey on behalf of the team. This information is needed by April 24th. Further details are on the form.

What's the guidelines for posters? I didn't find it on the NAACL website

Poster boards are 4 by 8 feet (121 x 242 cm) in size, and they can accommodate 2’ x 3’ or A0 sized posters in both landscape and portrait formats, or 4’x6’ in landscape format.
