I have some questions in test phase.
1) Can we use train and validation datasets in test phase together? Will it be treated as "No Extra Data" if we use train+validation dataset of DIV2K?
2) If we want to participate in more than one track, does it mean we can submit the results as most 3 for each track?

1) Yes, you can use the validation data together with the test data for training your final model for the testing phase.
As long as you use only the provided DIV2K data (train, validation, test) then your flag is "No Extra Data"
2) We encourage you and all the participants to compete in as many tracks/competitions as possible.
Ideally each method/solution of each team/participant is validated on both tracks and all 6 competitions, or at least for all 3 competitions of one of the two tracks.
